Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City   Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on December 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.  local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.
 
Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on November 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
 
Project Scope: Construction of multipurpose sports courts, sidewalks, storm drainage improvements, security cameras, site lighting, and perimeter fencing.                                                                                                                                             
Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.
 
Plans and Specifications:  Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open for public inspection at the office of Duncan Coker Associates, P.C., located at 201 Towncenter Boulevard Tuscaloosa, AL 35406  and  plans,  specifications  and  other  elements  of  the  contract  documents  may  be  obtained  from  the  office  of  the Engineer  Duncan Coker Associates, P.C., designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose, located at  201 Towncenter Boulevard Tuscaloosa, AL 35406.  The contact person for the project is Jimmy Duncan, PE/PLS.  They can be reached at 205-561-0808 or [email protected].
