The Chennault International Airport Authority will be accepting sealed bids at its office located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., for:
 
HANGAR D (4) 400 HZ CYCLE POWER UNIT REPLACEMENT INSTALLATIONCIAA PROJECT #2024-10
 
Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Chennault International Airport Authority, 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (337-491-9961).
 
Official Bidding Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.

Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid.
 
A Pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, Louisiana. 
 
The Chennault International Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids for just cause.
