NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
 
Sealed bids for the Lease Purchase / Financing for a New Knuckle Boom Vehicle, will be received by the City of Hernando at City Hall, 474 W. Commerce Street, Hernando, MS 38632 until 11:00, A.M. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.
 
Specific information and bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, Attn: Pam Pyle, 475 West Commerce Street, Hernando, MS. 38632 or by calling City Hall, 662-429-9092.
 
All bids submitted must be sealed; clearly labeling the date the bid is to be opened, name of bidder, and item being bid.
 
In addition, official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can also be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For questions related to the electronic process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
 
All bids must be received by the City Clerk at City Hall no later than 11:00 A.M. on December 3, 2024 at which time said bids would be opened.
 
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in the bidding as permitted by law.
