REQUEST FOR QUOTE
 
Ascension Parish Government will be accepting quotes, until August 5, 2020 @ 10:00 am, at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey St., Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing address PO Box 2392, Gonzales, LA 70707-2392) for the following:
 
SCOPE OF WORK:
Materials and labor to measure, furnish, install and test a 12” nominal diameter insert valve as described below at the Donaldsonville Water treatment Plant located at 38 Veterans Blvd, Donaldsonville, LA.
 
Excavate and measure for the valve, procure the valve, then shall excavate for the installation of the insert valve.

Donaldsonville Water Treatment Plant: 38 Veterans Blvd, Donaldsonville.

For each contract in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars per project, the public entity shall require of the contractor a bond with good, solvent, and sufficient surety in a sum of not less than fifty percent of the contract price for the payment by the contractor or subcontractor to claimants as defined in R.S. 38:2242.
