NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by St. James Parish Government, 5800 Hwy 44, Convent, LA, 70723 Operations Department 3rd floor until 2:00 P.M., on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the purchase of the following equipment:
 
GAS METERS – TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD
Detailed specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from St. James Parish Government Operations Office located at 5800 Hwy 44, Convent, LA 70723 3rd floor between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday-Thursday and 8:00-10:00 on Friday, or by emailing Ryan Larousse @ [email protected], except holidays or by electronic bid at www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and bearing the Bidder’s name, address and must be addressed as Follows:

Any bid received after the deadline specified will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
 
Bids shall be evaluated and awarded, based on the lowest qualified bid that is in compliance with the bid specifications. St. James Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portions thereof or to accept any bid(s) which in the opinion of the St. James Parish Council will be in the best interest of the Parish and to waive all informalities.
