NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Pascagoula will receive bids for Fire Hydrant in the following manner:
BID FILE NO: 21-345-01 Fire Hydrant
Un-priced bid proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 1, 2021 in sealed envelopes at
the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567, or by electronic bid
submission. Submissions will be evaluated and vendors submitting acceptable offers will be invited to
submit priced bids. Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids can be submitted at
www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding, please call Central
Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Bidding will be held by electronic reverse auction on Thursday July 13, 2021, at 3:00 p.m.
Documents may be obtained via e-mail upon request at [email protected] and on file in
the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567, during normal
business hours at no charge. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. City of Pascagoula
reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary and agrees to notify all having requested bid
packets from the City of Pascagoula Purchasing Department.
The Purchasing Department reserves the right to extend the auction date if necessary to complete the
pre-qualification process.
All written bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as
instructed in the bid package and delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at the above address or electronic
bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com
The City of Pascagoula reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
