Livingston Parish Council will receive separate sealed Bids for the Bruce's Harbor Well Replacement, Contract No. 2I-1473-22. The work includes drilling a 2,050 foot test hole, running an electric log, setting 1930' 8" casing with 70' of 4" ss screen. Installing an existing 300 gpm submersible pump and discharge column, constructing the well foundation and installing the 4" discharge piping.

Livingston Parish Council will receive Bids until 2:00 PM local time, March16, 2022 at their office at Livingston Parish Grants Department, 20355 Government Boulevard, Suite E, Livingston, LA 70754. Electronic Bidding is available at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly immediately after the specified closing time. The outside of the Bid envelope shall be marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder and current Contractor's license number.

Complete Bid Documents for this project are available in electronic form. Printed copies are not available from the Designer, but affangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Note: If you are bidding this project as a prime bidder (General Contractor), please email the project name to [email protected]. Be sure to include your valid Louisiana General Contractors License Number in the email, and you will be added to the Prime Bidders list. Those contractors that do not supply a valid Louisiana General Contractors License Number will not be added to the Prime Bidders List.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) ofthe Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
