NOTICE is hereby given to all interested persons or firms that the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is accepting sealed bids at the Jackson County Administration Building, 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida 32448 until 2:00pm CST on Thursday, February 1, 2024, for the following project:

BID NAME: Health Department Chiller Repair

DESCRIPTION: The Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids to repair a chiller module at the Jackson County Health Department located at 4979 Healthy Way, Marianna, FL 32446. The model number of the chiller is ASP30A. Repairs include replacing chiller module 3.
Contractors Pre-bid Meeting:  This project does not involve a pre-bid meeting.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Thursday, February 1, 2024 by 2:00 pm CST
MUST BE SEALED BID and identified by the NAME OF THE FIRM, NAME AND NUMBER OF THE BID, ALONG WITH THE DATE AND TIME OF OPENING.
 
Bids will be opened and recorded by the Purchasing Office of the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners located at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 2:00pm CST, or shortly thereafter.

List of bidders and awards (if any) shall be announced at a meeting of the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners.
