BID NOTICE
 
Sealed bids will be received by Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 East Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing address PO Box 2392, Gonzales, LA 70707-2392) until, May 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. local time.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
 
THE RIGHT TO ACT AS OFFICIAL JOURNAL FOR
ASCENSION PARISH GOVERNMENT
 
LA. R.S. 43:141(A)
 
Bid to be submitted for a one (1) year period beginning July 2019 through June 2020.
 
Print to be standard size (same as used in paper’s news articles).
 
Bid price shall be submitted per Legal Square.
 
All vendors must be capable of receiving documents electronically (e-mail).
 
Specifications/bidding documents may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department located at 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737. Electronic Bids are accepted at Central Bidding http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.  For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814. All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to http://www.centralauctionhouse.com. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.
 
The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
 
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
