Sealed bids shall be received until 2:00 P.M.  Tuesday, May 24, 2022 by the West Feliciana 
Parish School Board, 4727 Fidelity Street, St. Francisville, La., 70775.  Bids will be publicly 
opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at the West Feliciana Parish 
School Board Office for the following. 
 
 West Feliciana High School Stadium Renovations & Addition 
 
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 19,2022 at the 
School Board Office, 4727 Fidelity Street, St Francisville, LA 70775. A visit to the site will 
immediately follow.  No bid will be accepted from any contractor who does not attend and 
sign-in at the Pre-Bid Conference. 
 
Complete Bidding Documents for this project are available in electronic form. They may be 
viewed without charge and without deposit from Letterman's Bid Connect

Letterman’s.  Printed copies are NOT available from the Designer. Plan holders are responsible
