Bid No. 01052122 BAND INSTRUMENTS Sealed bids may be submitted no later than June 06, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Late submittals will not be accepted. Sealed bids must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the firm and returned in a sealed envelope marked, BAND INSTRUMENTS, Opening June 06, 2022 at 1:30 p.m, Attention: Alisa Sibley, also indicate the Bid Opening date and hour of opening. Bids will be opened and read on June 01, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. There is no pre-bid conference required. Vendor’s attendance is not required at the bid opening

The City of Baker School Board System reserves the right to reject or waive any bids that have irregularities or informalities in the bid opening. No bidder may withdraw the bid after the hour set forth thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
