The St. Charles Parish School Board will receive sealed bids effective immediately and until 11:00 AM on May 6, 2013 for Band Uniforms as specified in the "Invitation and Instructions to Bidders-Bid on Band Uniforms, May 6, 2013". Information on this bid including specifications for uniforms and bidding procedures can be obtained free of charge by contacting Rick Treuting at 985-785-3160 or by email to [email protected].
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and addrss indicated in the upper left-hand corner and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as follows: "BID ON BAND UNIFORMS, MAY 6, 2013".
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, performance bond, and payment equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or money order.

Additional Notes/Requirements

On May 6, 2013 commencing at 11:00 AM in the School Board Office at 13855 River Road, Luling, LA 70070 all bids on hand will be publicly opened. Any bid received after this date and time will be returned unopened to the bidder. The St. Charles Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, adjust quantities, and waive all informalities.
