1. To provide after-hours crisis telephone services and after-hours crisis face-to-face assessments for CAHSD Child & Adult consumers and their families as well as potential CAHSD Child consumers.

2. To provide two (2) indigent adult crisis beds within a secure facility that provides rapid assessment, stabilization, informed disposition, and transition to continuity of care which maintains stability and addresses recidivism. Services will be provided to indigent adults, who are experiencing behavioral health crises (i.e., mental health and/or addictive disorders) and whose needs cannot be safely accommodated in less restrictive settings, for quick stabilization and transition to the next appropriate level of care whether to the community or to an acute unit.
