The Jackson County Board of County Commissioners invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Bids/Proposals for Grant Administration related to a CDBG Rebuild Florida Mitigation Program (CDBG-MIT) funded project.
 
All responses will be ranked on a separate and equal basis.

Five (5) copies of sealed proposals must be received by Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 2:00pm CST, submitted to the Jackson County BOCC, ATTN: Lynsey Darragh, 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, FL 32448
 
Submittal envelopes for Grant Administration must be sealed and marked with the RFP number, “Grant Administration”, “CDBG-MIT”, due date, and name of respondent. If more than one envelope is needed, please mark “1 of 2”, “2 of 2”, etc.
 
RFP documents can be found at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic submissions will be accepted on www.centralbidding.com, however hardcopies listed above will still be required for ranking purposes.

Small business and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR § 200.321.
 
Per 24 CFR Part 75, Section 3 requirements will be followed, as applicable.
