NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Southaven, Mississippi will receive written sealed bids until the hour of ­­____10:00 AM________, on ____July 12__, 2018 at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Southaven, at the following address:

Bids are only received for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and for the construction of that certain project designated as “Hwy 51 Traffic Signal Improvements”.  Project Drawings and Specifications are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk.
 
Bids are for construction of improvements and the project includes installing 4 New Traffic Signals within an existing MDOT ITS Network.  Major items of work are Mast Arms, Foundations, Striping, Traffic Signal Equipment, tying network back into MDOT ITS Network and Traffic Control.
 
The total Contract Time will be 180 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $200.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.
 
Copies of the drawings and specifications, together with contract documents, may be obtained from the office stated below, with payment of $100.00 for each set, none of which is refundable:
