NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 1548, Leesville, Louisiana, 71496, will receive sealed bids until Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.  Bids will be publically opened and read aloud; bids received after specified closing time will not be accepted.  All interested parties are welcome at bid opening.  Bid specifications may be viewed online and bids may be submitted online at www.centralbidding.com.
 
IMPORTANT:  BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH ITEM BEING BID, DATE, AND TIME OF BID OPENING, AND CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE NUMBER (if applicable).

Bid specifications, for any item listed below may be obtained at the Vernon Parish Police Jury, 300 S. 3rd Street, Leesville, Louisiana, by calling 337.238.0324, or by emailing [email protected].
 
Reclaimed Asphalt:  price per yard to be picked up by the parish at site – materials shall be loaded onto parish trucks by the low bidder.  Amount required is approximately 5,000 to 8,000 yards.   
 
The Vernon Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause, in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 & 2214.
