NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Catahoula Parish School Board will receive sealed bids until 12:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 7, 2022.  Bids will be opened and read aloud in public session of said Board at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 7, 2022, for the following:
 
1993 International - 64 Passenger - VIN 1HVBBPEP3PH497567 (Not operational - can be seen at the old Harrisonburg High School building—Sign with VIN number will be in bus window)
 
1992 International - 64 Passenger - VIN 1HVBBPEP8PH497564 (Not operational - can be seen at the old Harrisonburg High School building--Sign with VIN number will be in bus window)
 
1998 Freightliner -  65 passenger - VIN 4UZ3CFBAOWC906990 (Not operational - can be seen at the old Harrisonburg High School building-- Sign with VIN number will be in bus window)
 
1997 Ford - 53 passenger- VIN 1FDNB80CIVVA35872 (Not operational - can be seen at Central High School, Larto, LA—Please contact the school at 318-339-7574 to arrange to see bus)
           
 
            Bids must be sent by certified or registered United States mail with a return receipt requested.   Bids must be sealed.  Separate bids must be placed for each item.  Each sealed envelope should be clearly marked on the outside as to which item the bid is for.  Bids may be delivered in person, in which case a written receipt will be issued.  All bids should be sent or delivered to Ronald R. Lofton, Sr., Superintendent, Catahoula Parish School Board, P.O. Box 690, 200 Bushley St., Harrisonburg, LA  71340.
 
The Catahoula Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities incident thereto.
