Sealed bids for Air Traffic Control Tower Radio Replacement CIAA Project #2023-12 for the Chennault International Airport Authority (the “Authority”) will be received by the Authority at its office located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnson Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
Bid Specifications may be obtained from Chennault International Airport Authority, 3650 Sen J Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (337-491-9961 (Andrea LaFleur).
Official Bidding Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.

Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Bidders are advised that Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required.
A Pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Bidder shall be a licensed State of Louisiana Telecommunications Contractor.
The Chennault International Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids for just cause.
