In accordance with the Live Local Act (SB 102), the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is requesting bids from individuals, firms, and non-profit organizations to purchase and develop attainable housing on one or more of the fifteen (15) surplus land plots within Jackson County.
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners at the Purchasing Office located at the Jackson County Administration building, 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, FL 32448 until 2:00 pm CST on Thursday, May 9, 2024, for the following project:
