REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS
 
The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) will be accepting sealed bids until 10:00A.M.  Friday, July 8, 2016 for the purchase of One (1) 2016 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LT 4WD 5.3L V8 according to specifications for the APSO.  Vehicle shall have ALL standard features included in a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LT 4WD 5.3L V8. Vehicle must also include the following features: Exterior Color - Summit White; Interior Color - Jet Black; Engine - 5.3L V8 Ecotec3; Transmission – 6 speed automatic; 3.42 rear axle ratio; 20 inch polished aluminum wheels; All-weather floor liner; Trailering equipment package including auto locking rear differential; Power adjustable driver’s seat; LED front fog lamps; Dual Zone AC; Tilt & telescoping steering column; Remote vehicle start; Rear vision camera; Rear window defroster; 110 volt power outlet.
 
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked “Sealed Bid for 2016 Pickup Truck.” Bids may be hand delivered to the APSO, 112 Franklin St., Napoleonville, Louisiana, 70390, or mailed by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail to P.O. Box 69, Napoleonville, LA, 70390, in time for the bid opening.  Vendors have the option to submit bids electronically. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the APSO located at 112 Franklin Street, Napoleonville, LA 70390 at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 8, 2016.  APSO is not responsible for any delays in delivery or expenses for the development or delivery of quotes.  Any quote received after this deadline will not be accepted and returned unopened.
