Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School Board Purchasing Department, located at 202 Rue Iberville, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508.  Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.

For Use Section 16 Property in Duson, LA Area
 
RFP# 04-25
 
The RFP #04-25 is to obtain a proposal for use of certain tracts of Section 16 property located in the Duson, LA area.
 
Request for Proposals will be accepted at the above stated date and time at the Lafayette Parish School System District Office Building.  Only the names of the parties submitting proposals shall be announced in a Conference Room of the District Office building.
 
A Request for Proposal package may be obtained on the Purchasing Department website at https://www.lpssonline.com/departments/business-services/purchasing under ‘Request for Proposals[RFPs]’. Proposal information may also be viewed online, and electronic proposals may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com. 
 
All questions pertaining to this proposal shall be submitted to Anthony Mouton in writing via email; [email protected].  Verbal inquires and/or responses will not be considered official or binding.
 
The Lafayette Parish School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase or sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available. 
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause.
