The Chennault International Airport Authority will be accepting sealed bids at its office located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., for:
 
HANGAR A ANNEX AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT
CIAA PROJECT #2024-01 (REBID)
 
Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Chennault International Airport Authority, 3650 Senator J Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (337-491-9961).

Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid.  The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Bidders are advised that Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required.
 
A Pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, Louisiana. 
 
The Chennault International Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids for just cause.
