The project consists of an addition to the New Tech Building, renovation of the existing Boy’s Soccer Building, construction of a new Girls Soccer Building, replacing the existing Girl’s Gym wood floors and new roof for auditorium all located on the Ruston High School Campus in Ruston, Louisiana.

The Work includes site work, concrete sidewalks, site drainage, extruded aluminum canopies, concrete foundations, brick veneer, cmu block walls, pre-engineered steel framing, finish carpentry, casework, storefront systems, wood and hollow metal doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, suspended gypsum ceilings, solid surfacing, painting, electrical, mechanical, fire alarms, standing seam metal roofing, granular surfaced spray-in-place silicone/polyurethane roofing and other systems as described in the contract documents.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., May 10, 2016, at the front entrance at Ruston High School Field House, James Street, Ruston, Louisiana. School Telephone (318) 255-0807. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
