The deadline for submitting questions concerning these bids is Monday, March 27, 2023.  Written responses will be provided no later than Thursday, March 30, 2023.  There is no pre-bid conference required. 
 
Specifications will be available to vendors until 10:00 am CST on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.   

The bid openings will be held at the Central Community School Board Office, located at 11576 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge, La., 70818 at 10:00 am CST on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.  If there are any questions, please call 225-650-2919.  The public is invited to all bid openings. Vendors’ attendance is not required at the bid opening.
