General Specifications: Washington County Animal Shelter is seeking bids for a 2020 or newer Ford Transit-350 Cargo Van.  

Requirement:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
2. Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.

Information:  For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office.

• BID posted on County website November 9, 2020
• BID requests for interpretations to be submitted by 2:00PM on Thursday, November 12, 2020
• BID due at 4:00 PM, Thursday, November 18, 2020
• BID opened at 9:00 AM, Thursday, November 19, 2020

For Courthouse Bid Packet Drop-Off:

1. Clearly Write "BID 2020-10 2020 Ford Transit-350 Cargo Van" on the outside of the sealed package
2. Come to the Courthouse entry door and wait for Security
3. Drop-off package in 5th floor to Purchasing
