Does the school have preferred vendors or subcontractors we should engage for any items currently covered under maintenance contracts? Foundation plans do not give a dimensional layout or overlay of intended drill shafts, please provide plan. Division 13 specifications were listed in the table of contents but not included in the project manual, please provide the division 13 specifications listed in the table of contents. Related specs sections reference (Section 099000 – Painting and Coating) please provide this specification in the forthcoming addendum.
