ASSUMPTION HIGH SCHOOL
GYMNASIUM CURTAIN REPLACEMENT
 
Project No. S-60-00 
The scope of the project shall include the removal and disposal of the existing curtains, 25 oz. valance with lettering, track system, rigging and hardware. All work to be completed in accordance with the drawing provided and shall include all materials, associated hardware, demolition and disposal cost and all appurtenances necessary to complete the project.
 
The Request for Quotes Form and Plans may be examined on www.centralbidding.com.
 
Proposals shall be addressed to the Assumption Parish School Board and must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY ONLINE only to www.centralbidding.com no later than 10:00 o’clock a. m. on September 18, 2024. Any quotes received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Uploading of bidding documents are of the responsibility of the Prime Bidder. 
 
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any irregularities or informalities incidental thereto, and to accept any quote which the Owner feels serves their best interest.  Such action will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statues.
 
The Contractor awarded the proposed project must carry Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000.00 and Worker’s Compensation Insurance of at least $100,000.00.  Verification will be required prior to the project being awarded.
