GENERATOR BID
GENERATOR PURCHASING
 
The Parish of Livingston is requesting sealed bids from professionals for the purchasing of one generator for the Livingston Parish Town of Albany Generator project.
Bid information may be obtained by contacting Mrs. Sarah Allen at 225-686-3987, via email [email protected] or by pickup from the Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness (LOHSEP) Suite D at 20355 Government Boulevard, Livingston, LA  70754 or mailing a written request to P.O. Box 1060, Livingston, LA  70754 with ATTN: Mrs. Sarah Allen.

Sealed bids will be accepted from State of Louisiana licensed Electrical contractors only. Requirements for the bid can also be found in the packet.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday October 2, 2019 at 10:00A.M. at 29856 S. Montpelier Road Albany, LA 70711.

The bid opening will be scheduled for Thursday October 3, 2019 at 2:00P.M. at 20355 Government Boulevard Livingston, LA 70754, Suite D.

Livingston Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
