Advertisement for Bids – Northwest Park – Early Utility and Will Rogers Sitework
Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 for the City of Rogers Northwest Park – Early Utility and Will Rogers Sitework. Bids will be received at 10:00 AM. Bid submissions should be addressed to the City Clerk @ 301 W. Chestnut St., Rogers, AR 72756, in a sealed envelope marked “Northwest Park – Early Utility and Will Rogers Sitework”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City of Rogers’ Community Room, located at Rogers City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut Street and via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88563597971. Bids received after the indicated date and time will be rejected.

A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 60 days.  Any questions or RFI’s regarding this project must be sent in writing to [email protected] by 12:00 noon on February 20, 2023. Project Description: The project consists of site utilities, grading, site concrete, asphalt paving, and pavement markings for updates to the existing Northwest Park as well as road improvements to extend W. Will Rogers Drive.
