U.S. HIGHWAY 11 UTILITY RELOCATE PROJECT

Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for the U.S. Highway 11 Utility Relocate Project – Sanitary Sewer Systems – Phase II will be received by the Pearl River County Utility Authority at the Pearl River County Utility Authority Office located at 100 Street A, Suite F, Picayune, MS 39466 until 10:00 AM, local time, on Thursday, June 9, 2022, and then publicly opened and read.  Sealed bids shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and performing all work necessary to complete the U.S. Highway 11 Utility Relocate Project – Sanitary Sewer Systems – Phase II project.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call 225-810-4814.
 
The work under this contract includes the relocation of sanitary sewer utilities along the portion of U.S. Highway 11 from 4th Street to Cayten Street.  All documents required for bidding purposes, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, MS 39466.  A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of the request for Plans and Specifications or official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.   A copy of the plans and specifications may be examined at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd, Picayune, MS 39466 or viewed on Dungan’s website located at dungnaneng.com.
 
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, Mississippi, 39466.  All interested parties are urged to attend this conference.
 
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents.  The Pearl River County Utility Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole by the Pearl River County Utility Authority. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
