The project consists of all labor and materials including performance of all work for renovation of predominantly the third floor of the existing three story structure. Additional incidental work on the first and second floor of the occupied building portion is also included.

All contractors are requested to attend a Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for 1 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, September 14, 2022 in the conference room at the at the OM offices, 314 Jefferson Street, Lafayette, LA.
