The proposed project includes materials and labor to remove the existing timber decking from Pier C-1 including interior stringers between the piles and replacing them with new 3”x10” stringers and fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) decking including all stainless-steel hardware. Two (2) alternate bids are also included: One (1) alternate for removing and replacing 12”x35’ timber piles; and, One (1) alternate for removing and replacing water service assemblies for the boat slips. Existing utilities on the pier must remain in service and supported during the performance of the work.
