The St. Mary Parish Government, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, acting through its President, David Hanagriff, will receive sealed bids for the Asphaltic Concrete Roadway & Drainage Improvements to East Martin Luther King Road project, at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse Council Meeting Room. Fifth Floor, Franklin, Louisiana 70538, until December 14, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., local time, at which time and place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids received after the time set forth above for opening of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project.  Bidders are responsible for making site visitations in preparation of their bids.
