Sealed bids for BANK STABILIZATION AND REPAIR AT MAGNOLIA MIDDLE SCHOOL will be received and opened for the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI at the LAUDERDALE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, LOCATED AT 612 22ND AVENUE SOUTH (2ND FLOOR) in MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI until 10:00 o'clock (a.m.,CST) Wednesday, April 16, 2025
 
Project is located at Magnolia Middle School in Meridian, Lauderdale County, MS. Primary items of work include bank stabilization and repair and construction of a gabion basket wall along the creek bank.  This project is NRCS Project No. DSR 28-03-24-5322-231 and Lauderdale County Bid No. 4007.
 
Bidding and Contract Documents may be purchased from the Engineer upon prior payment of a fee of $50.00, which is non-refundable.  Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations:

The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, MS reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County.
 
Each bidder must include with his bid, security in the amount equal to 5% of the total bid.  No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period within 30 days.
