Sealed bids shall be received until 2:00 P.M.  Tuesday, August 18, 2020, by the West Feliciana Parish School Board, 4727 Fidelity Street, St. Francisville, La., 70775.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at the West Feliciana Parish School Board Office for the following.
 
 WEST FELICIANA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL


A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, August 7 at the School Board Office, 4727 Fidelity Street, St Francisville, LA 70775. A visit to the site will immediately follow.  No bid will be accepted from any contractor who does not attend and sign-in at the Pre-Bid Conference.
 
Complete Bidding Documents for this project are available in electronic form. They may be viewed without charge and without deposit from Letterman's Bid Connect https://www.lettermansbidconnect.com/.  Printed copies are available to the Bidder from Letterman’s.  Printed copies are NOT available from the Designer. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
