REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at the Courthouse Annex Building,New Roads,Louisiana,until 2:00 p.m.Thursday,February 28,2013 and then publicly opened and read for:

"GENERAL LIABILITY,AUTO& PUBLIC OFFICIALS LIABILITY INSURANCE"

for
POINTE COUPEE PARISH POLICE JURY

Information may be obtained from the Treasurer of the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 E. Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, or P.O. Box 290, New Roads, LA 70760.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "GENERAL LL4BILITY,AUTO & PUBLIC OFFICIALS LIABILITY INSURANCE—POINTE COUPEE PARISH POLICE JURY." Bids must be from an "A" rated carrier.

The Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
