The St. James Parish Council will be accepting sealed bids for approximately 1,625 feet of various size culverts for drainage improvements throughout St. James Parish. The culverts must be asphalt coated galvanized pipe with bands. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013, in the Office of the Parish President, Parish Courthouse, Convent, La.

Culvert specifications can be obtained at the Office of the President, St. James Parish Courthouse Building, 5800 Highway 44, P. O. Box 106, Convent, La. 70723.

Interested parties to the above mentioned material must submit a sealed and completed bid clearly marked - "Culverts for 2013 Drainage Improvements Bid" no later than 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

Price, delivery, and durability will be considered in the awarding of bids.

The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
