The Governing Board of the St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) requests that interested parties respond to the solicitation below by 2:00 p.m., May 3, 2024. The scope of work generally includes pressure cleaning, painting and miscellaneous repairs to the water control structure buildings to maintain and preserve the appearance and structural integrity of each structure. The locations of these buildings, the  approximate area to be pressure washed and painted, and pictures of water control structure buildings S-161 and S-161A are provided in this solicitation’s Statement of Work.
