Replacement of the (2) existing centrifugal chillers, replacement and relocation of associated chilled water pumps, replacement of motor control center with new power distribution equipment in a new location, and HVAC central plant controls.  Demolition and general construction, as required by drawings and specifications, related to architectural and structural requirements to allow for the proper installation, support and access of mechanical and electrical systems.
